Généralités

  1. Les présentes conditions s’appliquent au concours “Belfius Youth BIH Finals 2024” (ci-après le “Concours”) de la S.R.L S4U, dont le siège social est établi à 5310, Eghezée  (Belgique), route de Ramillies 12/2, BE0506.824.604, (ci-après “S4U”). Les conditions du concours peuvent être obtenues auprès du service consommateurs de S4U et sont également consultables sur www.sport2u.be (ci-après “le Site du concours”).

  2. S4U se réserve le droit de mettre un terme au Concours ou d’en modifier les règles, prix, conditions, dispositions ou informations à sa discrétion et sans notification préalable, sans pouvoir être tenue de quelque manière que ce soit à verser des dédommagements aux Participants. Toute modification ou adaptation des conditions du concours et tout arrêt ou modification du Concours seront communiqués par S4U sur le Site du concours. Les conditions du Concours ne seront jamais modifiées au détriment des Participants pendant la durée du Concours.

  3. S4U peut suspendre ou annuler une participation en cas de constatation d’un comportement suspect. Par “comportement suspect”, nous entendons (énumération non exhaustive) : une tentative de détournement du présent règlement, une multiplication de comptes, un rythme de gains inhabituel, la mise en place d’un système de réponses automatisé, la connexion de plusieurs personnes et de postes informatiques différents à partir du même identifiant/profil enregistré, une tentative d’accès aux serveurs, etc.

 

Participation

  1. La participation au Concours est gratuite.

  2. Les collaborateurs de S4U et les autres personnes directement impliquées dans l’organisation du Concours, ainsi que les membres de leur famille vivant sous le même toit ne peuvent entrer en ligne de compte pour un prix.

  3. Une seule participation est autorisée par personne.

  4. En participant au Concours, les Participants déclarent être d’accord avec l’applicabilité des conditions du Concours telles que décrites dans le présent document.

  5. La participation à ce Concours est réservée aux personnes majeures (18 ans et plus).

  6. Ce Concours se déroule uniquement sur le territoire belge et pendant la durée de l’événement, Belfius Youth Indoor Hockey Finals 2024. Ce Concours est ouvert à toute personne physique domiciliée en Belgique et y habitant.

 

 

Concours

  1. Le Concours se déroule du 24/02/2024 à 10h au 25/02/2024 à 19h

  2. Pour pouvoir participer à ce Concours, les Participants doivent :

    1. Répondre correctement aux trois questions posées.

    2. Estimer le nombre total de participants au concours.

    3. Compléter le formulaire de participation disponible sur le Site du concours (Nom, Prénom, e-mail, date de naissance, adresse postale complète, pays) et marquer leur accord avec les conditions du Concours exposées dans le présent document.

  3. Seuls les Participants valablement inscrits pourront gagner un prix. Pour gagner un prix, il faut répondre correctement aux questions prévues aux articles 11.a et 11.b. En cas d’égalité, les Participants ayant répondus correctement à cette question seront classés selon la date et l’heure de soumission de leur réponse, les Participants ayant soumis leur formulaire en premier étant désignés gagnants.

  4. S’il n’y a pas assez de Participants ayant répondu correctement à la question prévue à l’article 11.b, les Participants dont la réponse se rapproche le plus de la bonne réponse, seront désignés gagnants. En cas d’égalité, ces Participants seront classés selon la date et l’heure de soumission de leur réponse, les Participants ayant soumis leur formulaire en premier étant désignés gagnants.

  5. Si un Participant en fait la demande, S4U expliquera le mode de désignation des gagnants.

  6. Le gagnant sera averti par email le 01/03/2024 à 18h.

  7. Les gagnants auront jusqu’au 08/03/2024 à 23h59, pour réclamer leur prix. Passé ce délai, S4U se réserve le droit d’annuler le droit du gagnant de réclamer le prix et de désigner un autre gagnant.

  8. Le prix sera remis au gagnant par voie postale et sera expédié dans un délais de 14 jours après l’annonce du gagnant.

  9. Un seul prix sera accordé par personne.

 

Prix

  1. Le Concours attribue les prix suivants : 1 x Sport2U Home Training Kit – 18 Multisport Tiles

  2. Les prix ne pourront pas être échangés ni convertis en espèces ou en nature.

  3. En cas de tentative de fraude ou de tricherie, S4U a la possibilité de remettre en jeu le prix qui aurait été attribué en vertu de ce Concours. Le gagnant ne pourra dans ce cas plus faire valoir son droit à un gain de quelque nature que ce soit.

  4. S4U prendra en charge l’éventuelle taxe sur les jeux due sur la valeur du prix à attribuer.

 

Protection de la vie privée

  1. Les Participants ont l’obligation de fournir des informations correctes, à jour et complètes. S4U pourra demander aux Participants de fournir la preuve de leur identité, l’éventuel accord d’un tiers et une preuve attestant la validité de l’adresse du domicile indiquée par leurs soins. Les Participants qui communiqueront des données personnelles incorrectes ne seront pas pris en compte pour l’attribution des prix.

  2. Les Participants acceptent que les données (personnelles) nécessaires pour la participation à ce Concours soient enregistrées et traitées par S4U dans le respect de la déclaration de respect de la vie privée de S4U telle qu’indiquée sur le Site du concours.

  3. Les données personnelles fournies par le Participant à S4U dans le cadre du Concours seront enregistrées dans un fichier de données qui sera traité conformément aux dispositions du Règlement (UE) 2016/679 relatif à la protection des personnes physiques à l’égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel et à la libre circulation de ces données (Règlement général sur la protection des données – RGPD). Ce fichier sera utilisé par S4U dans le cadre du présent Concours. Les Participants auront le droit de consulter, corriger ou supprimer ces données. Ce droit peut être exercé en prenant contact avec S4U par e-mail, à l’adresse webshop@sport2u.be. Le Participant qui demande la suppression de ses données pendant le déroulement du Concours accepte que sa participation soit automatiquement annulée dans la mesure où sa présence sur la liste des Participants nécessite l’enregistrement de ses données. Le Participant pourra s’il le souhaite recevoir des informations par e-mail sur les produits et/ou offres de S4U en cochant la case prévue à cet effet sur le Site du concours.

  4. Le formulaire de réponse propose aux Participants la possibilité d’autoriser S4U à conserver leurs données personnelles à des fins de marketing. Les données personnelles des Participants ne marquant pas leur accord exprès à ce sujet, seront supprimées après la fin du Concours.

 

Responsabilité

  1. S4U et les sociétés qui lui sont liées ne pourront pas être tenues responsables des dommages découlant de l’accès aux informations reprises sur le Site du concours ou de tout site s’y rapportant, ni de l’utilisation faite de ces informations ou du crédit qui leur est porté, à moins que ces dommages ne soient dus à une faute grave ou intentionnelle de S4U.

  2. S4U ne pourra pas être tenue responsable, que ce soit au regard de la loi ou d’une convention, des éventuels dommages indirects du Concours. S4U décline toute responsabilité en matière d’accidents, de retard de livraison, de dommages ou de frais supplémentaires de quelque nature que ce soit, découlant du Concours, d’une promotion ou de l’octroi ou de la réception du prix. S4U ne pourra pas être tenue responsable des dommages découlant d’erreurs sur les documents imprimés. Les documents seront donc sous réserve de modifications, ainsi que de fautes de frappe et d’impression. S4U ne pourra pas davantage être tenue responsable d’un quelconque manquement technique et/ou retard dans la réception des envois.

 

Dispositions finales

  1. Tous les droits de copyright et autres droits de propriété intellectuelle liés à tout texte, illustration et autre document sur le Site du concours sont la propriété de S4U. Le contenu de ce Concours ne peut, en tout ou en partie, être reproduit ou publié sans l’autorisation explicite de S4U.

  2. Le présent Concours est régi par le droit belge. Les éventuels litiges découlant des conditions du Concours ou de la participation au Concours seront soumis exclusivement au juge compétent à Namur.

  3. Pour tout complément d’information, une éventuelle réclamation concernant le Concours ou des questions sur le traitement de vos données personnelles, veuillez prendre contact avec le service consommateurs de S4U :

Le service consommateurs traitera directement vos questions et réclamations ou les transmettra, si nécessaire, au département compétent de S4U. Selon la nature de votre question/plainte et la manière dont vous aurez pris contact avec le service consommateurs, une réponse vous sera donnée par téléphone ou par écrit (ou par e-mail). Vous recevrez une réaction au plus tard dans les 4 semaines.

General

These terms and conditions apply to the competition ‘Belfius BIH Finals Youth 2024’ (hereinafter the ‘Competition’) of the SRL S4U, with registered office at 5310, Eghezée (Belgium), Route de Ramillies 12/2, BE0506.824.604 (hereinafter ‘S4U’). The competition terms and conditions can be obtained from S4U's consumer service and can also be consulted at www.sport2u.be (hereinafter ‘the competition website’).

S4U reserves the right to terminate the competition or change the rules, prizes, terms, conditions or information at its sole discretion and without prior notice, without S4U being liable to compensate participants in any way. Any changes or amendments to the competition terms and conditions and discontinuation or modification of the competition will be announced by S4U via the competition website. The contest terms will not be changed to the detriment of participants during the term of the contest.
 

S4U may suspend or cancel an entry in the event of a finding of suspicious behaviour. ‘Suspicious behaviour’ means (non-exhaustive list): attempted circumvention of these rules, multiple accounts, an extraordinary win rate, the setting up of an automated answering system, the connection of multiple persons and different IT systems on the basis of the same identification/same registered profile, an attempt to access the servers, etc.

 

Participation

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Employees of S4U, others directly involved in the organisation of the competition as well as their family members living under the same roof are not eligible for a prize.

A maximum of 1 entry can be made per person

By participating in the competition, participants agree to the applicability of the competition terms and conditions as described in this document.

Participation in this contest is restricted to persons of legal age (18 years or older).

This competition will only take place on Belgian territory and during the term of the exhibition, Belfius Belgian Indoor Hockey Finals Youth 2024. This competition is open to any natural person domiciled and resident in Belgium.

 

 

The competition

The competition will run from 24/02/2024 (10am) to 25/02/2024 (6pm).

To participate in this contest, participants must:

Answer the three questions correctly.

Estimate the total number of participants in the contest.

Complete the entry form available on the competition website (name, first name, e-mail address, date of birth, full postal address, country, function, clinic) and agree to the competition terms and conditions described in this document.

Only validly registered participants can win a prize. To win a prize, the questions in article 11.a and 11.b must be answered correctly. In the event of a tie, the participants who answered this question correctly will be ranked according to the date and time their answer was submitted, with the participants who submitted their form first being declared winners.

If there are not enough participants who have correctly answered the question referred to in Article 11.b, the participants whose answer is closest to the correct answer will be designated as winners. In the event of a tie, these participants will be ranked according to the date and time their answer was submitted, with the participants who submitted their form first being designated as winners.

If requested by a participant, S4U will explain how the designation of winners took place.

The winner will be notified by email on 01/03/2024 at 6pm.

The winner will have until 08/03/2024 at 23:59 to claim their prize. After that deadline, S4U reserves the right to cancel the winner's right to claim this prize and appoint another winner.

The prize will be awarded to the winner by post and will be sent within 14 days of the winner being announced.

A maximum of one prize will be awarded per person.

Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded in this competition: 1 x Sport2U Home Training Kit - 18 Multisport Tiles

The prizes cannot be exchanged nor converted into specie or in kind. Any stay unused at the end of its validity will be permanently lost. The period cannot be extended.

In the event of attempted fraud or cheating, S4U has the option of reinstating the prize awarded under this competition. The winner can then no longer claim any benefit of any kind.

S4U will take charge of any gaming tax due on the value of the prize to be awarded.

 

Privacy

Participants are obliged to provide correct, current and complete information. S4U may request participants to provide proof of their identity, any third party consent and proof of valid registration at the domicile address they provide. Participants who provide incorrect personal data will not be eligible for the prizes.

Participants accept that (personal) data required for participation in this competition will be stored and processed by S4U in compliance with S4U's privacy statement, as stated on the competition website.

The personal data provided by the participant to S4U in connection with the competition will be included in a data file that will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation - AVG). This file will be used by S4U in the context of this competition. Participants have the right to access, correct and delete this data. This right can be exercised by contacting S4U via e-mail at webshop@sport2u.be. The participant who requests the deletion of his data during the course of the competition accepts that this automatically cancels his participation, as one cannot be included in the list of participants without registration. The participant may, if he wishes, receive future information by e-mail about S4U products and/or offers by ticking the relevant box on the competition website.

The reply form offers participants the opportunity to give S4U permission to keep their personal data for marketing purposes. The personal data of participants who do not expressly consent to this will be deleted after the end of the competition.

Liability

S4U and its affiliated companies are not liable for damages arising from accessing, using and relying on the information on the competition website or any site linked to it, unless such damages are due to S4U's gross negligence or intent.

S4U is not liable, either by law or contract, for any indirect damages linked to the competition. S4U does not bear any liability regarding accidents, late deliveries, damages or additional costs of any kind arising from the competition, a promotion, the awarding or receipt of prizes. S4U is not liable for damages resulting from errors in the printed material. The documents are therefore subject to changes, typing and typesetting errors. S4U is also not liable in the event of technical breakdowns and/or delays in the receipt of entries.

Final provisions

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in all text, images and other documents on the competition website are the property of S4U. The content of this competition may not be reproduced or published in whole or in part without express permission from S4U.

This competition is governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from the competition conditions or participation in the competition will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Namur.

The consumer service department handles your questions and complaints itself or, if necessary, forwards them to the relevant S4U department. Depending on the nature of your question/complaint and how you contacted the consumer service, you will receive an answer by telephone or in writing (or by e-mail). You will receive a response within 4 weeks at the latest.
